JESSICA SHANAHAN
A Colorado native, Jessica entered the mortgage business in her teens. Her unique understanding of the many complexities that arise during the home loan process makes her stand out. She has an innate ability to craft successful loan packages, based on her former role as a Loan Processor. When clients come to her with issues, she embraces the challenge and gets them financed when no one else could.
Jessica has learned that no two loans are ever the same. She demonstrates this with a very thorough examination of each and every client’s unique situation to ensure the process is smooth and enjoyable. Small business owners with their self-employed status require a certain steadfastness to get them through closing, and Jessica has it.
Since Jessica moved just west of Denver from Grand Junction ten years ago, she and her husband Tucker have invested in real estate. This investment experience has enabled her to speak first-hand to clients looking to purchase beyond their primary residence. Many of her first-time homebuyers have returned to work with her for multiple transactions, and she takes great pride in helping them build their wealth.
The great outdoors of Colorado, along with the foodie scene, make up Jessica’s hobbies of hiking, eating, and cooking.
