CARLA GRUMANN

Having more than 25 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, Carla's journey began with her graduation from Western Kentucky University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. For the next 16 years, she worked as an investment products wholesaler to financial advisors.

In 2004, Carla's career took a turn as she became a Regional Director for one of the world's most prominent private Real Estate Development, Management, and Investment firms. She initially worked on the commercial side of the business with financial advisors and high net-worth investors, gaining valuable knowledge on real estate valuation. Later, she decided to utilize this knowledge to establish her career in Residential Real Estate, currently co-owning Aspen Grove Real Estate Group.

Due to her success in the real estate industry, Carla believed that she could better serve her clients by combining her extensive finance background with her years of experience as a Realtor®. As a result, she obtained her Mortgage Originators License and co-founded Sage Capital Lending with her partners, aiming to assist clients with their home financing needs.

In her free time, Carla spends quality time with her husband, Paul, and two boys. She also enjoys playing tennis as much as possible.
