In 2015, after living in in Boulder for 10 years, Bryan was able to buy his dream home in the mountains. Shortly after, an unexpected job opportunity drew him to California for three years. This turned his dream home into an unintentional investment property and ignited a passion for real estate investing. When finally able to return to the Boulder area in 2018, he settled in Nederland where he started his own contracting company. As he has expanded his real estate portfolio, Bryan has learned the intricacies involved in identifying quality properties, negotiating terms of purchase, securing loans, and property management.
